Dear Guests,

the COVID-19 pandemic has shaken all of our lives a little - so the desire to enjoy a relaxing holiday is even bigger now. And what could be better than breathing fresh mountain air and discovering South Tyrolean nature?

In order for you to be able to spend a pleasant, carefree and safe holiday in our house, we have developed a hygiene concept for your and our protection, which is based on the general regulations of the province of South Tyrol.

For this we all have to stick to a few points together:

• We pay attention to a minimum distance of one meter between us and our guests and between the guests themselves
• We place the tables at a distance of at least one meter from other guests
• We clean tables, chairs and utilities before and after each guest change
• We serve at the table and with masks, and kindly ask you to avoid the walk to the bar
• We provide sufficient disinfectant, which should be used regularly by all of us
• We pay attention to an even more meticulous cleaning of the rooms

We ask for your understanding if for these reasons there should be somewhat longer waiting times at the breakfast buffet or during room cleaning and handover.

Your health is our highest priority.

Especially in these times we have to pay attention to each other and treat each other with respect.
